PharmaCare Employees “Merge” onto Caremark Benefits and Payroll Effective June 1, all PharmaCare and ProCare Specialty employees will transfer onto the Caremark Benefits and Payroll systems. If you are a PharmaCare/ProCare Specialty employee, be sure you have access to the following materials that were distributed at your worksite on May 7:• 2008 PharmaCare Benefits Guide• 2008 PharmaCare Highlights Brochure• Your Personal Report, which outlines your benefit choices and costsAs you review this information, be sure to keep these key pieces of information in mind:• Your enrollment deadline is May 21 at 5:30 p.m. CT. This enrollment is not passive, so if you don’t enroll, you won’t have any benefits effective June 1.• Many of your benefits vendors have changed. | • | Access the Coventry Provider Directory by clicking at www.mycoventryhealth.com, and enter client ID: CMB. Using this directory, you can find doctors, hospitals and facilities in the Coventry network.

| • | Use the Coverage Advisor Tool, provided by Subimo. So far, the tool has been used 2,945 times by employees to help them make more informed plan choices.
