How do I keep track of stock price and Company performance?
Understanding and staying informed about your investment in CareStock is important. To keep track of Caremark Rx stock price, company performance and your own stock brokerage account, there are several sources of information available. You can keep track of Caremark Rx, Inc.'s stock price by checking the business section of your newspaper for Caremark Rx, Inc.'s symbol, CMX, under the New York Stock Exchange listing. The stock price can also be found on the Company web page, http://www.caremark.com. Once you own stock, you will receive an annual report and a proxy statement, as required by the Securities and Exchange Commission. As a Caremark Rx, Inc. shareholder, you will have the same voting rights and privileges as all shareholders. You will be informed of any meetings, and you may vote your shares in person or by sending in your proxy. How do I keep track of my CareStock brokerage account balance?
You may call AST’s 24-hour, toll-free phone number, (866) 860-0367, if you need to check your plan account balance, or verify a stock purchase or sale. Be sure to have your account ID, PIN, and stock ticker symbol (CMX) available when you call or log on, since you will need it to access your account information. In addition, you will receive a quarterly statement that provides a "snapshot" of the value of the shares in your account as of the end of the stock purchase period.
