While the Weight Management Program was primarily developed to support the efforts of healthy weight loss, the program’s suite of comprehensive tools and resources provides benefits to everyone—including those who may not be candidates for weight loss.

Whether you are trying to lose weight, or if just “making healthier choices” is something you’d like to achieve, simply complete the easy online registration at www.accordant.com, and you’ll gain access to all of the following:

•Important tips on healthy living

•Customizable online exercise instructions, including cardiovascular and strength training recommendations, based on your experience level, activity preference, and your schedule

•Personalized menu planning to assist in healthier eating habits

•Easy-to-follow recipes with complete nutritional information

•Convenient, printable grocery shopping lists

•Tools and calculators to assist you in determining your BMI, Healthy Weight, Target Heart Rate, Calories Burned and more

•Interactive logs and journals to track your weekly weigh-ins, nutrition, fitness, etc.

The program also offers you an opportunity to speak with AccordantCare nurses, who can provide you with support on topics such as everyday lifestyle improvement tips, ideas to help you work with your doctor, and up-to-date, reliable information about your health. Should you decide to further explore this valuable wellness tool at no cost to you, use the User Name and Password sent to your home to log into the website, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
